1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WA Vehicle Hire's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license issued in Australia
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Vehicle Rental

3.1 Booking

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

3.3 Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees.

4. Driver Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

• Use the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition
• Report any accidents or damage immediately
• Pay for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period

5. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, renters are responsible for any excess charges in the event of damage or theft. Additional insurance options are available at the time of booking.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the vehicle for:

• Illegal activities
• Racing or competitive events
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Off-road driving (unless specifically permitted)

7. Limitation of Liability

WA Vehicle Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
