How do I book a vehicle?
Simply search for available vehicles, select your dates, and complete the booking process. You'll need to provide your driver's license details and payment information.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
You need to be at least 21 years old, have a valid Australian driver's license, and a credit card for payment.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, contact us or the vehicle owner to extend your rental, subject to availability.
Payment & Insurance
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all rentals include comprehensive insurance. Additional coverage options are available at checkout.
What is the excess/deductible?
The standard excess is $1,000. This can be reduced with additional insurance coverage.
Vehicle Pickup & Return
Where do I pick up the vehicle?
Pickup locations vary by vehicle. The exact address will be provided after booking confirmation.
What if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. Please contact the owner if you need to extend your rental.
What condition should the vehicle be in when returned?
The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level.

Contact emergency services if needed, then notify us and the vehicle owner immediately. Do not leave the scene.
What if the vehicle breaks down?
Contact the vehicle owner first, then our support team. Roadside assistance details are provided with each rental.
